We're stoked for summer and all of its delicious bounty! It's our favorite time of the year because summer fruits and veggies breed the opportunity for creativity and learning in our kitchen. Hence, a brand spankin' new summer menu on the horizon.

The turnover of a new season is exciting! These are inspiring times for us and our team as we find new ingredients, techniques, and local farms to add to our arsenal and share with the community. In true Oliver Royale fashion, we source locally and work with ingredients in their truest form. Minimal manipulation here, folks! It is refreshing to engage our 'menu brain' and begin a new creative process which inspires our staff and breathes fresh life into the restaurant.
