Thanksgiving at Oliver Royale

Join us this Thanksgiving anytime from 11am-7pm for a beautiful three-course menu thoughtfully created for you by our Executive Chef Darin Hoagland. Menu price is $79 per person. Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are always welcome and accommodated based on availability.

 

Oliver Royale Thanksgiving Menu 2024

1st Course

Butternut Squash Bisque

Butternut squash, sweet potato, celeriac, spiced pepitas, pomegranate molasses

Confit Pork Belly

Sweet potato puree, black cherry chutney, local sorghum, walnuts, gaufrettes

Fall Harvest Salad

Roasted pumpkin, radicchio, Honeycrisp apples, arugula, kale, dried cranberries, shaved Brussel sprouts, white balsamic vinaigrette

2nd Course

Confit Lamb Shank

Smoked gouda grits, roasted baby carrots, crispy Brussel sprouts, gremolata, red wine demi-glace

Sous Vided Hanger Steak

Caramelized onion mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, baby bell peppers, crispy shallots, veal demi-glace

Oliver Turkey Dinner

Mushroom and brie stuffing, scallion whipped potatoes, butter poached French beans, cranberry + jalapeno chutney, turkey demi-glace

Pan Seared Halibut

Wild rice pilaf, fall vegetable hash, fresh herbs, crispy leeks, smoked trout

roe, micro radish sprouts lemon Burre Blanc

3rd Course

Pumpkin bread pudding

Pumpkin ice cream, caramel, apple compote

Carrot cake

Cream cheese frosting, caramel, candied + spiced walnuts

Chocolate peanut butter pie

Chocolate peanut butter sauce, chocolate graham cracker crust, Reese's bark
