New Year's Eve Celebration

Come celebrate New Year's with us at Oliver Royale! We will be serving a 4-course meal and champagne toast curated by Executive Chef Darin Hoagland. Pricing is $149 per person (excluding taxes and mandatory gratuity). A deposit of $50 per person and $2.25 processing fee is needed to hold your reservation. This $50 deposit will go towards your bill on NYE.

MAINE LOBSTER + BLUE CRAB BISQUE

LUCK AND WEALTH SOUP

ALMOND-CRUSTED LOCAL GOAT CHEESE

PRIME STRIPLOIN TARTARE + FOIE GRAS

ROASTED WINTER HARVEST VEGETABLES

CARIBBEAN JERKED MAINE LOBSTER TAIL

CHAMPAGNE POACHED PEAR
